You may have read that I spent a considerable amount of time looking for free images for my personal site. I am trying to find a “cover” for my site so it’s very important that I find something that projects “ME”. So far, I have yet to find that image that I think would be perfect for my personal site. I could of course commission someone to draw an image for me but I am a cheapo and I am sure you know that.

Anyway, I found this great site called Image*After that has a huge database of photos which we can use however we like, for personal or commercial use. The good thing to do, of course, is to provide a link back to the site if you use the images here.

One thing I noted is that Image*After is pretty lenient in their terms. We can do just about anything with these images EXCEPT set up a similar website as redistribute them. Don’t do it, OK!

If your blogs have been smacked like mine this past week, it’s time to look for other online money making revenues. You can, of course, start more blogs, but I already have more than ten and I am no longer interested in nurturing blogs. I need another avenue to showcase my creativity *ahem*

According to Flonker, there are already more than 4500 people getting paid already. I won’t deny that one of the factors that make me hesitate about participating into online money making sites is their authenticity, the rate of revenue and the doubt if I would ever be paid. But if you check Flonker and its database of media, I believe that thousands of people can’t be wrong!

Now, I am going to dig out my camera and start clicking!

I have always wanted to make my own website but have never found the time for it. This is because I have many sites to take care of and I do not even know how to make a personal website so it will take a long time to set it up as I would have to learn from scratch. Even so, I have already bought my domain name since March, 2007.

Perhaps now that my PageRank has dinged, I will have the time to explore how to set up a personal website. To start my lesson, I relied on the internet again.

I found this website simply called, Make Websites, since that was the keyword I used on the search engine. Anyway, this site is giving a 7-day free trial to build our website. When I checked their registration form for this free trial, they do not require our credit card information, which is good. However, I noticed that we have to use sub-domain for our free trial site. I wonder if we could use our own domain.

As a daughter living with two senior-aged parents, one who has been suffering from high blood pressure for years, I am very aware that I may one day have to deal with their flailing health.

I read that heart attack is a silent killer and my father, who has high blood pressure is has a high risk of a stroke or heart attack. Inside Cardiac Arrest is very informative site on heart health and it shows the differences between a heart attack and a Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

To prevent Sudden Cardiac Arrest, a heart pacer may have to be embedded to control irregular heartbeat. This was what my cousin sister had to be treated for when she was only a teenager.
