The other day, I wrote a post on a baby online resource site and coincidentally, today I am writing about a site for mothers! I am sure being a mother comes with very heavy responsibilities. I am not a mother but I sometimes wonder if I am able to cope with the stress, uncertainties and illnesses that come with raising children. The thought scares me but I believe I am not the only person who has this fear.

That’s why I think a website like Mom Central, which offers free mom chat, mom surveys, articles, forum, blogs and so much more, is such a refreshing and reassuring place for mothers to hang out online. This is a place for mothers to connect with each other, to help each other through raising children and their growing pains.

I noticed that Mom Central has a section for product reviews which I think will be helpful for other mothers to decide if they should get something for the child. An honest user review goes a long way in help us make decisions

The Woman Who Lost 180lbs

Did you read about the woman who was 300lbs and spent two years exercising and dieting and lost a total of 180lbs to be a slim 120lbs? She became so popular that she has achieved celebrity-like status.

According to reports I read, because of the massive amount of weight she lost, she had to undergo plastic surgery to remove the access skin. I don’t remember what that procedure is called. Is it thermage? Out of the total of 180lbs lost, I wonder how much weight those excess skin carried!

This woman has shown us that with determination, we can achieve what we set our hearts on. I understand that it is not easy to lose weight, let alone lose 180lbs! She is a shining example and an idol now to so many people who are struggling with weighty issues!

Talking about fat and weight, I know I need to do something about myself before I balloon up to 300lbs. Eeekk!!

I was chatting with a friend about how people do not think twice about getting a plastic surgery. For me, I am afraid to go under the knife so I willingly live with my own imperfections.

I was told that there are people who will get plastic surgery once a year and there are people who treat plastic surgery like fashion. Whatever the reason that people get plastic surgeries, the bottom line is that everyone is chasing after the elusive word called “Beauty”.

Luckily, plastic surgery techniques are very advanced now and no longer do we hear of botch jobs anymore as long as we go to a reputable plastic surgeon! And what happens if a patient suffers from a rhinoplasty that went wrong? Thatâ€™s easy. Just go and get a bad nose surgery repair!

I think that one should not simply get a plastic surgery just to look perfect because nobody is perfect. However, if it is a necessity due to medical reasons or if it will raise the self-esteem of the person, then by all means go ahead.

While checking out a website, one link led me to another and I landed on the website of 4KraftyKidz.com. I tell you, I keep spelling this URL all wrong as I type this post!

Anyway, this website is great for kids who love arts and crafts. You know that bad weather can always make kids cranky when they can’t play outside. Check this site for craft ideas, clip art, printables or colouring sheets.

I may not have children but I know my friends who are agitated parents would love to know about this website! Did I already mention that everything on this website is for free?

Did You Watch The Oscars?

I am not sure how many of you watched the Oscars but that was a night where the cream of the crop of Hollywood boys and girls came out looking their very best. I sometimes wonder, is it possible for people to look so perfect?

I mean, just check out their teeth! They are so perfect and pearly white. By the way, I’ve got insider news that a lot of them are using celebrity teeth whitener HEHE! I tell you, these people are under tremendous pressure to look perfect I am not surprised if some of them underwent a plastic surgery like a facelift in Los Angeles by Profiles surgery center.

What do you think? Is it possible for people like you and I to look almost perfect without undergoing any plastic surgery procedures or make use of enhancers like celebrity teeth whiteners? If it is not possible, then I think we need to start saving money already!
