I was chatting with a friend about how people do not think twice about getting a plastic surgery. For me, I am afraid to go under the knife so I willingly live with my own imperfections.

I was told that there are people who will get plastic surgery once a year and there are people who treat plastic surgery like fashion. Whatever the reason that people get plastic surgeries, the bottom line is that everyone is chasing after the elusive word called “Beauty”.

Luckily, plastic surgery techniques are very advanced now and no longer do we hear of botch jobs anymore as long as we go to a reputable plastic surgeon! And what happens if a patient suffers from a rhinoplasty that went wrong? That’s easy. Just go and get a bad nose surgery repair!

I think that one should not simply get a plastic surgery just to look perfect because nobody is perfect. However, if it is a necessity due to medical reasons or if it will raise the self-esteem of the person, then by all means go ahead.
