I received a message from the owner of Free Cell Phone Wallpapers yesterday who asked me if I would feature his website on my blog. I had to check first if they are offering anything free for real. Anyway, you can see that I agreed, for free. I must be getting old 😀

Free Cell Phone Wallpapers, as you can see from the name of the site, offers free wallpapers for your cell phones. But that’s not all. They also offer free screensavers, free ringtones, free mobile games, free mobile videos in 3GP format, and interestingly, they also have free mobile dating.

I caught the words “Bon Jovi” and as you know, I am a great Bon Jovi fan, so I thought that I would snag a couple of Bon Jovi wallpapers. They do have cool Bon Jovi wallpapers but then it is too bad that they do not currently support my mobile devices: Nokia E61i and Apple iPhone.

I only became interested in mobile fun when I bought my Nokia E61i. The screen is so large and Nokia is very customize friendly. However, my mobile device, a Nokia E61i, is an enterprise unit and really, there is not much that I could do to my device. However, I still did search online for quite a while, that’s why I came across so many websites that offer free mobile fun like sreensavers, wallpapers, themes and games.

FreeMobileFun.net is a website that provides these freebies. As far as I can see there is no need for registration with the website and we could just grab whatever we want from visiting the site with our WAP enabled phone. it is supposed to be free but you will have to pay for your data charges.

You can also request for your desired wallpaper via SMS but this is not a free service. Of course not. Whatever it is, this site hosts plenty of high quality mobile content that you may want to check out, if you are looking for content for your mobile device!

Free Children’s Music

Many of today’s parents are very web savvy. They surf the web a lot looking for stuff for their young children like colouring pages, music, games and arts and crafts ideas. I chanced upon this site called Free Kids Music which is a database of children’s music where we can listen on the web or download to our computer.

I lost count how many tracks there are on this site but all the songs are neatly arranged according to alphabetical order of artists. This makes the site neat and user-friendly so navigation is a breeze.

These songs are all copyrighted and they are for personal use only. No way are we supposed to sell them or redistribute them in any way. So please do respect the intellectual property of the artists.

Free Business Cards & Other Printed Stuff!

I first got to know of Vista Print and their fantastic freebie deals a year ago, perhaps longer. However, it was only a few months ago that I became their customer. I got myself some business cards and postcards, among other things, all for free, except that I had to pay for international shipping and handling.

I was very happy with the quality of Vista Print products and so are my customers. Delivery was very swift as well. The only problem was that one of my packages never reached me and I blame it on the itchy fingers of the Postal or Customs staff blehhhh

I know I could have prevented such a loss by paying for insured shipping but why should I be made to pay more than necessary when it’s the fault of the handlers? Cheh… I’m a freebie hunter and I will never pay more than required LOL

Work can be extremely boring but lucky for those of us who are connected to the internet most of our working hours, we get to surf to places and amuse ourselves. However, it would be better if our friends sent us the good stuff instead of us going around looking for them, right?

Have you, some time or other, just sent a random card to a friend to cheer him or her up? I mean, it’s not any special occasion or whatever, but to tell that person that you are thinking of him/her.

Super Laugh is a great site to do that. There are plenty of free cards here and all of them are humour cards. Wow… it sure kills boredom to receive a card that could make me laugh!

Free Bon Jovi Media Swag

I’m sure by now all my friends know that I am crazy about Bon Jovi *ahem* Well, the other day while looking for free Bon Jovi ecards to send out to friends for the New Year, I came across this official Bon Jovi media swag page.

I don’t really know why it’s called “Media Swag” when these freebies are for us to use on our own computer. In any case, check out and download free Bon Jovi AIM buddy icons, wallpapers, screen savers and the Bon Jovi widget for your website or blog.

Come to think of it, my AIM buddy icon needs changing and the widget looks nice but then my blog real estate doesn’t come cheap so unless they pay me …. LOL

Download Free Beautiful WordPress Themes

Since hosting my own blogs, I wonder how many websites I have surfed to that offer free WordPress Themes. I tell you, I am so very fussy that I flipped pages after pages of sites and downloaded over a hundred themes to try on my sites. I know that I could view the preview or demo first but then I also wanted to see if I could customize the theme by myself for my own needs. If a theme is too complex to customize then I have to let it go. Too bad, right?

Here’s one of the latest sites that I came across just now called WP Designer. It’s a site that has premium WordPress themes as well as plenty of free themes. I ended up not getting any of the themes from here because they are not suitable for the nature of my blog.

However, if you have been looking for fresh themes for your blog to usher in the New Year, you may want to check out WP Designer. It’s weird that in the one year since I started my self-hosted WordPress blogs, and started searching for themes, I did not come across this site before. I must have been living in a cave. Eeekkk!!!
