I believe that although I have come across the website of Fitness and Freebies before, I have not featured them on my blog before. It must have slipped my mind. Anyway, I chanced upon it again today while looking for health recipes. Fitness and Freebies has a range of healthy recipe to suit every diet.

However, since I am writing about them, I might as well mention that besides health recipes, you could also find plenty of free health tools on Fitness and Freebies. From Food Diary to Workout Log, Exercise Calculators to Weight Charts, Nutrition Logs to Walking Charts, you could find them all here on Fitness and Freebies.

I don’t know about you but I find that as I grow older, I become more health conscious and worry more about putting in enough exercise and eating right. The free health tools here on Fitness and Freebies definitely come in handy.

While searching for Halloween costume ideas, I chanced upon this online store called Crazy Dog T-Shirts. This store sells more than crazy t-shirts as I found their wide selection of hot Halloween costumes. Halloween may be quite some time away but I am feeling the pressure of coming up with something different, perhaps an attention grabbing costume that would be the talk of the party.

Crazy Dog T-shirts has a wide variety of womens Halloween costumes that are being sold from US$40 – US$70 which I think is really affordable since it’s a once a year affair. After browsing through their costumes, I am having a difficult time deciding on which costume to get for my Halloween party!

Free Beautiful WordPress Themes From Jauhari

In my search for beautiful WordPress themes that are clean and neat, I stumbled upon the blog of this Indonesian designer called Jauhari. I have to say that he has a pretty large collection of WordPress themes that would be suitable for any kind of WordPress powered blog. No matter if you have a personal blog, a business or enterprise blog or a magazine style blog, Jauhari has just the right WordPress theme for you.

I have bookmarked his blog and you know, with more than ten WordPress blogs, I expect to use one of his themes someday soon!

The only problem with Jauhari’s blog is that viewing with Internet Explorer, his blocks of ads on his sidebars are all out of alignment. There is no such issue browsing from Firefox, though. This is an issue that I believe, as a WordPress theme designer, he should have it rectified as soon as possible.

My young niece has been pretty excited about the upcoming Beijing Olympics, 2008 next month in August. This is like her first Olympics as she was too young back then.

I thought that it would be a good activity for her to color the Olympic mascots. Who agrees with me that BeiBei JingJing HuanHuan YingYing NiNi Olympic mascots are cute? I think that the creators of these Beijing Olympic mascots are innovative and they have a winner, or five, on their hands.

Although I run numerous blogs and websites, I dare not say that I am a webmaster. However, here is something that most webmasters would love to have: FREE PSDs!!!

PSDs are image files that we use on the layout or theme of our websites. There have been times when I tried to search for just the right look for my website but since I am not a designer, I have to search for free PSDs!

My search brought me to the beautiful designs of this guy by the name of Aaron Ovadia. You should check out his free PSDs. They are free to be used on your personal or commercial online projects. However, they are not to be sold! I am sure Aaron knows how to sell them if he wanted to, right?

Free Stock Photos

As webmasters and bloggers, we need a lot of photos. I do take my own photos but they seem not enough to go around all the time. Well, I have TWENTY blogs, you know?

But I guess that as with most websites that offer free photos or free stock photos, each time you use one of the photos from this website you are required to link to the site. Giving credit is normal.

Free Photos Bank has quite a huge database of free photos from nature to life to abstract. I spent quite some time going through the photos on the site but do not have an idea yet what to do with the photos. Check them out and see if you have better use for them.

FREE Beadwork Patterns & Craft Projects

How often is it that we admire Native American handicraft and wonder how does one make them? I am someone who admires arts and craft but never take the initiative to work on them myself. I keep telling myself that I will get down to my projects but I somehow keep buying the material but never found the time to do them. Perhaps I am just a user and do not have the artistic talent to create something myself!

This website, Natural Essence, is an online retail store that sells Native America beadwork and craft. I guess the next time you want to get your hands on these, you need not go to a Native American settlement or something, since you can just buy them online.

Anyway, if you would like to make them yourself, Native Essence has a few projects that you can make use of. Right now, there are seven free projects but the owner says that she will be adding more freebies so check back regularly!
