I don’t even use Twitter that much and even if I do, it’s via my mobile phone or iPhone and I don’t use the Standard view so I cannot see the background or colour of my profile. I use Twitter primarily to feed my Facebook status but I do sometimes log into my Twitter account via the computer.

I did this morning and out of boredom, decided to change the background of it. I did a search for cute Twitter backgrounds and came upon this website called, what else but Cute Backgrounds, and seriously, I love so many of them I decided to feature the website on my blog.

I have to admit though, that although I now have a new background for my Twitter profile, I did not grab the background from Cute Backgrounds. My background is also cute but I got it from a sister site of Cute Backgrounds. Perhaps I will feature them next. Stay tuned.

Although I registered Twitter a long time ago, I think it was almost as soon as Twitter was launched, I have to say that my account is totally under utilized. However, lately, I started using Twitter, and because I use Facebook more than Twitter, I feed my Twitter updates to my Facebook status. I know some people hate this but these are my accounts and I do what I like with them, within the boundaries of law, of course.

I have been using one of the ready made Twitter backgrounds all these while but I have been thinking that since I use Twitter more, it is time to customize it. I really have no idea how many people visit my Twitter page, since if you follow me, you don’t even have to go to my page to read my updates, right?

Anyway, chanced upon this website called My Tweet Space which allows us to generate and customize our own Twitter background for free. They have quite a few quality twitter backgrounds to select from but to get started you would have to register with the website first to use their tools.

I have been searching for more ways to make money online and discovered that there are people making money off Twitter. I think that it’s awesome to be able to make some money doing what we love. And I believe many of us are addicted to Twitter, right? I tell you, with Twitter, I sort of cut down on my text messaging already. Saves me lots of money there!

Anyway, the first thing to do to make money off your Twitter, after creating an account, is to change your Twitter background. If you have Twitter, I am sure you know how limited their range of free background is. Worry not. TwitBacks has a good selection of backgrounds and themes that we could use; just change the text and font. If you like the challenge, you could create your own customize Twitter theme too, and all for free!
