Free Webfonts Including Font-Face

At one time, I loved searching for, downloading and installing fonts on my computer. The free ones that came with the system when I bought the computer weren’t good enough, I guess. Well, I no longer have the time to do this but I still love checking out new fonts once in a while. There are so many new fonts these days and I appreciate that the creators are sharing them with us, mostly for free!

Font Feest is not only giving us free fonts but also the font-face. What does this mean? I don’t know! If you are a designer of fonts, I’m sure you know what this means. Anyway, the fonts here are free and even free for commercial use. Enjoy!

Web Graphic Freebie Resources

While surfing the web for some free stuff a couple of mornings ago, I chanced into this website called Creattica Daily and like the freebies that it has featured. Sometimes, I like to browse through resource websites like this because the owner has scoured the web for them, so I don’t have to.

Creattica (so difficult to spell and pronounce!) Daily has a long list of freebies from Photoshop brushes to free icon sets, free fonts, free templates, free textures, free desktop backgrounds and free stock images among others.

Like I said, all these freebies were sourced from other design websites so you will have to go to the links provided to grab the freebies. If you have an on-going web project, it is a good idea to check out Creattica Daily.

I believe I have written about Fonts & Things before but since it’s Valentine’s Day soon, I decided to feature them again because they have an awesome selection of fonts especially for Valentine’s Day.

If you have been planning a personalized Valentine’s Day gift or project, you should check out these free Valentine’s Day fonts in various colours, that would surely be suitable for whatever you have in mind.

Besides fonts in letters, there are also heart shaped and kiss dingbats. Oh, although most of these fonts are freebies, do take note that there may be some which are actually shareware. Do check first before downloading.

Scream Design Freebies

If you are a regular reader of my other freebie blog, I am sure you will know that I spend a considerable amount of time online searching for free web graphics. I have to say that I really take my hat off to these people who offer free graphics, clip arts, fonts, animations, buttons, web layouts, backgrounds and what-not because of their creativity and they are doing it for free.

I mean, they could easily sell them and people would buy because they are so nice. But me, I am a cheapo and will only keep looking for free stuff. Well, with twenty websites and blogs and counting, free is the keyword here.

Today, I chanced upon a whole database of free web graphics so kindly being offered for free by Scream Design. Everybody, scream for free freebies and they herd us, I guess. Anyway, if free web graphics, themes, layouts, sounds, flash, etc, are what you have been looking for, check out these freebies from Scream Designs. You will need to register with them in order to gain access, through. But that’s not a big problem, is it?

Freeware / Shareware Fonts n Things

As a webmaster of numerous websites and blogs, I try my best to give each site a fresh perspective. A friend told me that to save time, I should just use the same template, colours, images and fonts for my sites. Naw… I’d rather have everything different because each site has its own topic and carries its own personality.

Websites like Fonts n Things are good for me and people like me who wants to use different elements for our sites yet unwilling to pay for them. Fonts n Things allows us to use these fonts and image objects.

Fonts n Things did not create any of these fonts or objects but went around the web collecting them so that lazy people like me need not go around searching. All these items are either freeware or shareware. If you want to use them for your projects, read the Terms of Use first.
