If you know me well enough, you will know that I am an animal lover. I would do anything in my power to help animals and if I have a lot of money, I would probably set up an animal shelter or provide financial support to one in my hometown. But that is something in the future and only if money is of no concern.

This morning, I chanced upon this awareness and educational website on wildlife animals of National Park Service of the United States. They are offering free stickers upon request in a bid to educate the public on wildlife animals and cultivate the respect for them.

If you would like to help these wildlife animals in a small way, do spread the news by creating awareness and educating people on wildlife and the respect they deserve from us.

This free sticker offer looks like it’s available for people in the world. Try requesting for one even if you are outside of the United States. There’s no harm.

I was looking for a freebie when I chanced upon this free 2009 calendar offer by Formetco. Phew… isn’t it scary that there’s only less than three months to 2009? How time flies! I actually hate calendars because it reminds me of TIME.

If you would like a free 2009 calendar, though, you could request for one from Formetco. This freebie is only available for people who are in the United States, unfortunately. Since I hate calendars, I would not be requesting for one even if I were eligible for it. Luckily I am not.

By the way, Formetco is a company that deals in led displays and advertisements. I wonder if they do scoreboards as well.

Free Animated Letter Glitter Graphics

I was thinking of revamping my ecommerce store in time for Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas so I went surfing around for fresh ideas. I bumped into this website by Graphics factory called free animated signatures that offers us free animated letter glitter graphics that we could use on our websites, blogs and MySpace pages.

Graphics Factory’s Free Animated Signatures has a wide variety of glitter graphics, including six new ones. To select any graphic, just click on the radio button and type your text in the space provided to generate your glitter text.

Your free generated glitter text will, of course, have a link back to Glitter Graphics. It’s too bad, right? But then this is a freebie so we do have to include that link back if we decide to use it.

Free Embroidery Designs & Patterns

I have been interested in embroidery for the longest time but have never got the patience to learn it. I guess, this will be something to learn when I have retired! Sigh, that will be the day.

However, that does not stop me from continuing to search for nice embroidery patterns, designs and particularly embroidery freebies. I know not everyone is interested in embroidery but a good many of my friends, especially work at home mothers who get to enjoy flexible work hours, are really into such hobbies and craft.

I found Nelly Designs a little while back through the website of their web design company via their portfolio. I really like their fresh and cute design. Needless to say, I was very happy to discover their free embroidery patterns. Check them out if these interest you too!

If you have been following my freebie blogs, you will know that I have started to look for Halloween freebies. Halloween is a major event in the West, though it is not celebrated at all here in Malaysia.

My sister, who has adopted Western culture, asked me to help her look for scrapbooking freebies with Halloween theme, which I gladly did. It’s just another excuse to go around surfing the web!

Although I have written on quite a few digiscrapbooking sites before, I don’t remember coming across ScrapSmart so far. Well, good news! They have a host of digital scrapbooking Halloween downloadable freebies for all. If you are a scrapbooking enthusiasts, whether digital or traditional, and thinking of doing something for Halloween, you may want to check out ScrapSmart.

I am not a skateboarder but when I chanced upon this website, Fat Boned, I was delighted because my friend has a few sons who are avid skateboarders who represent the State in skateboarding competitions.

I thought that I will let them know about this new community website for skateboarders so that they could mingle with skateboarders from around the world and learn something new from them, share ideas, thoughts and also tricks!

Fat Boned is giving away free t-shirts to users who are willing to test their website that is now in Beta. If you would like an invite, you are required to fill out a form to request for one. I guess if you are one of the lucky people to be selected, you will receive a free t-shirt.

It is not stated if this freebie is available worldwide but if you are outside the United States, there’s no harm trying, right?

Free Fresh WordPress Themes

As you know, as a semi-pro blogger, I am continuously on the lookout for fresh new Blogger layouts and WordPress themes. While blog hopping, I chanced upon this new WordPress themes from a local Malaysian blogger, Kai Loon Although there are only a handful of free WordPress themes on this site, ThemeTation, I have to say that I already downloaded one. You know how high standard I am, don’t you?

Too bad I do not have the time yet to upload the theme to my server and try it out. I would like to spend a little more time to customize each theme I use to fit my requirements and I do hope that ThemeTaton’s theme CryBook will be able to provide me with what I want. It’s just too bad that I do not know a lot more CSS!
