I guess, even if the website of blog is non-commercial, the author still needs to make have a really artistic and creative layout to fit the theme of the site. If it’s a commercial site, with freebies, all the more the site has to be really captivating to showcase the talent of the owner.

I found this web designer site called My Grafico while looking for freebies just now. I believe this is the first time I landed on the site. I am pleasantly surprised to have found a whole load of quality freebie graphics. It looks to me like there are many contributing designers.
