I listen to R.E.M. occasionally, though I have to admit that they are not my favourite band. I don’t follow their albums and certainly cannot sing along to most of their songs, unless they are the really popular ones. but then again, as a freebie lover, I cannot resist a good freebie.
R.E.M. is giving away their new track for free download. It’s called “Discoverer”. To get it, you will have to click on the link that I have enclosed at the top of this post, submit your email address and country and hit “ENTER”. Download link will be sent to your email and you can then grab it from there.
I didn’t read through the terms and conditions but I suspect that we’ll be signing up for R.E.M.’s newsletter. Oh, all right, it’s OK! Enjoy the track and let me know how you like it!

Although I run a few websites, I am someone who doesn’t know much about web designing. I try to look for plug ins and ready made codes that I could use for free without much hassle and as easy to learn as possible. Technical stuff bore me and I would give up half way!
Today, I came across this web photo album generator which I think is an excellent tool, especially for those who run “online albums”. This one requires so little technical know-how. I have to admit that I haven’t tried it out yet but I’ve seen screen shots of the nifty application and it look simple enough to use.
If you are already using this online web photo album generator, please leave a comment to let us know how you like the application and perhaps even share your online photo album with us. Thanks!

I am embarrassed to say that I have never paid any attention to the music of Michael Bublé. My sister keeps telling my how good he is and now, i get to find out for myself since I can now download a free Michael Bublé song!
If you like Michael Bublé, or any free song in general, click on the link that I have enclosed at the top of this post and click on the button that says “Download Song: Up The Lazy River”. This looks like a freebie for only Americans because you would need an access code if you are in Canada. Access code can be obtained from the back of the Michael Bublé Beringer bottle tags.
Also, when you first access the website, you will have to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Let me know how you like this exclusive download of a previously unreleased Michael Bublé hit song, Up The Lazy River.

I have been looking for audio books lately because that’s the only way that I could “read” story books. I used to read a lot but now I face the computer the whole day long, it’s not easy to read anymore, so I prefer to use my ears now.
It’s not easy to look for quality audio books and I have not been very successful. If you have children, though, here are a 7 great audio children stories that you could download for free. Just click on the link that I have enclosed at the top of this post.
All these seven titles are in three different audio file formats, WMA, AAC and MP3. You can also know beforehand the run-time of each file. If you have problems downloading these files, let me know. And enjoy!

If you like Broadway, you’d like the songs. How about free Broadway tracks? That’s possible thanks to SHN, which stands for Shorenstein Hays Nederlander. You can now get 15 free Broadway tracks on iTunes by just clicking on the link that I have enclosed at the top of this post.
You’d be asked to enter a passcode. It is BROADWAYINSF. It will then generate an iTunes button. Click on it and there will be a button for you to click on [REDEEM]. The code on iTunes is 3MR79WPRYNRR. Once successful, iTunes will automatically download the 15 free tracks.
By the way, you may need to try redeeming a few times because it may fail initially. It happened to me too but I managed to get through after a couple of tries. The free 15 Broadway tracks are:
The Addams Family – “Morticia”
Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson – “Populism Yea, Yea!”
Burn the Floor – “España Cañi”
Everyday Rapture – “Rainbow Sleeves”
Fela! – “Water Get No Enemy”
Finian’s Rainbow – “How Are Things in Glocca Morra?”
La Cage aux Folles – “With You On My Arm”
Leap of Faith: A New Musical – “Step Into the Light/Leap of Faith”
A Little Night Music – “Send in the Clowns”
Mamma Mia! – “Dancing Queen”
Memphis – “Memphis Lives in Me”
Million Dollar Quartet – “Blue Suede Shoes”
Promises, Promises – “Promises, Promises”
Rock of Ages – “I Wanna Rock”
Shrek The Musical – “Who’d I’d Be”

I discovered this call service a few days ago but was too busy to log about it. I tried it out, though I didn’t click the final submit. While I think it’s quite a unique idea, I don’t know if any kid who knows that Santa Claus doesn’t really exists would be impressed to receive a phone call from Santa Claus.
On the other hand, those who are too young and still believe in Santa Claus would really believe that he will be dropping by with a gift. And this would put pressure on the parents to get that gift that the kid has dreamed of the whole year.

TOMS is a show manufacturer and retailer. In appreciation to their customers, they are giving away thread bracelets. All you need to do is to click on the link that I have enclosed at the top of this post and submit your particulars, including your name, address and email address. This looks like it’s available in the US only, though I am not sure if TOMS sister websites in Canada and United Kingdom are offering a similar complimentary bracelet as well.
Right now, I have no idea when this promotion will end but as always, it is better to act quickly in case stocks run out. If you have already received your complimentary bracelet from TOMS please let me a comment to let me know of your freebie and how you like it. Thanks!
